What we collect, and why

We only collect what you type into our forms yourself.

• Info session: name, email address and, if you wish, your city or region. We use these to tell you about the session.
• Join: name, email address, optionally your city, what you are looking for at AMANA and your message. We use these to get back to you.
• Support and partnership: name, email address, optionally your company, and your message. We use these to answer you.

Like any website, we also receive technical data such as your IP address and browser type in our hosting provider's server logs.

On what basis

For the info session and the contact forms we process your data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us. For questions about support or partnership we rely on our legitimate interest in answering you.

Who else handles your data

• StaticForms relays what you fill in to us by email. It does not use your data for its own purposes.
• Mollie processes online contributions. Your payment details go to Mollie directly under Mollie's privacy statement; we only see the amount and the name you give.
• Vercel hosts this website and keeps short-lived server logs.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site. Loading them sends your IP address to Google.

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep your data

• Info session: until the session has taken place, unless you become a member or ask us to keep you posted.
• Join and other messages: as long as needed to follow up, and at most twelve months.
• Bank transfers: for as long as Belgian accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, to object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Email info@amanabusinessnetwork.com and you will hear from us within a month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.

Changes

We update this notice when the way we work changes. The date at the top shows the last revision.
